Qaza Namaz ka Tariqa — Making Up Missed Prayers (Qaza)

Method of Missed Salah (Hanafi) states that missing a prayer without a Shar'i reason is a major sin, and that it is fard to make it up as qada and to repent sincerely. A fatwa answers whether a qada prayer can be intended within a nafl or sunnah prayer, explaining that only the qada is then performed, and notes that someone with many missed prayers may offer them in a shortened manner. A booklet advises using spare time after eating, drinking and work to offer them quickly.

نفل یا سنت نماز کے ساتھ قضا نماز کی نیت کرنا
عادت بنالے، وہ گنہگار و فاسق ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ سنن غیر مؤکدہ اور نوافل کے بجائے قضائے عمری پڑھ سکتے ہیں۔ واضح رہے کہ جس شخص کے ذمہ بہت زیادہ قضا نمازیں ہوں تو ایسا شخص قضا نماز کو تخفیف کے ساتھ پڑھ سکتا ہے یعنی قضا نمازوں میں تخفیف کا طریقہ یہ ہے کہ: قضا ہر روز کی فیس رکعتیں ہوتی ہیں، دو فرض فجر کے، چار ظہر، چار عصر، تین مغرب، چار عشاء کے اور تین وتر۔
