Eid ki Namaz ka Tariqa — Eid Prayer
Bahar-e-Shariat has a dedicated section on the method of the Eid prayer. It describes it as two wajib rak'ahs offered with the intention of Eid, begun by raising the hands to the ears, saying Allahu Akbar and folding them, after which the hands are raised to the ears again. The same passage states that if zawal, which it defines as the Shar'i midday, occurs before the closing salam, the prayer is lost.
