Last updated: 21 October 2026

Delete your Right Deen account

1. Sign in to Right Deen, in the app or at www.rightdeen.com.

2. Open the menu with your name or picture and choose Settings, then Account.

3. Under Danger Zone choose Delete account, enter your password and confirm. If you only sign in with Google, you confirm without a password.

Your account is closed at once and you are signed out on every device.

Delete some data but keep your account

To delete one chat, open the menu (…) next to it in the chat list and choose Delete. The chat disappears from your account at once and its share link stops working.

To stop sharing a chat without deleting it, choose Share from the same menu and turn sharing off.

What is deleted

Deleting your account deletes your name, email address, password or Google sign-in link, profile picture, all your chats (questions, answers and sources), your answer ratings and comments, your saved calculations and your daily question counts.

When it is deleted

A deleted account is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind: signing in again within 30 days restores it with all its chats. After 30 days it is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

A deleted chat is hidden from you at once and permanently deleted after 30 days.

What is kept

Messages you sent through the contact form are kept, without the link to your account.

Service logs, which can include your IP address and account ID, are kept by our logging providers for a limited time to run and fix the service, then removed.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity data is not linked to your account. It is deleted on their own schedules (Google Analytics after 14 months).

Can't sign in?

Reset your password from the sign-in page, or send us a message through the contact page from your account's email address and we will delete the account for you.
