Ushr on your harvest

Land in Pakistan is treated as ushri here. Fatawa Razawiyya (jild 10) rules that Muslims’ land in the subcontinent is not kharaji unless a specific shar’i proof shows that for a particular piece of land, and that its due is ushr either way. If you have a specific shar’i reason to think your land is kharaji, confirm with Darul Ifta Ahle Sunnat.
